You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Health Information Privacy
While Steady Household (a division of Artful Advocates) is not a covered entity under HIPAA, we recognize the sensitive nature of health information. We handle all medical records and health-related information with the same high standards of privacy and discretion.
We do not share health information except:
- With healthcare providers at your direction
- With family members you have authorized
- As required by law
How We Protect Your Information
We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard protections including:

We retain contact form submissions for up to 2 years of inactivity. Client records are retained for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for legal and tax purposes.
